一、總則

MakeClass（做課，以下簡稱「本平台」，網址 makeclass.me）由紅球通科技有限公司（統一編號：90606406，地址：台北市松山區八德路三段 186-1 號，以下簡稱「本公司」）營運。 本平台讓講師、顧問與知識內容創作者把看過的影片、網頁與 AI 對話收進自己的知識庫，用 AI 整理成筆記、圖卡、貼文與簡報，並經營自己的知識頻道。

本政策說明本平台如何蒐集、使用、分享、儲存及保護您（以下簡稱「用戶」）的個人資料。使用本平台即表示您同意本政策。

二、蒐集的個人資料

  • 帳號資訊：以 Google、LINE 或電子郵件登入時取得的電子郵件、顯示名稱、個人頭像。
  • 您建立的內容：您收藏的網址、上傳的檔案（圖片、PDF、簡報、音訊）、筆記、貼文、簡報、標記、留言，以及您上傳作為封面素材的個人肖像照片。
  • YouTube 資料（選用）：僅在您主動授權匯入時讀取，詳見第四節。
  • 使用行為：頁面瀏覽、閱讀紀錄、按讚與收藏紀錄。
  • 交易資訊：訂閱、AI 點數、課程報名、場地租借之付款紀錄（由綠界科技 ECPay 處理，本平台不儲存信用卡號）。
  • 裝置與連線資訊：IP 位址、瀏覽器類型（用於安全防護）。

三、資料使用目的

  • 提供登入、知識庫、AI 整理（筆記、逐字稿、圖卡、簡報、封面）、知識頻道與訂閱等服務。
  • 處理付款及交易紀錄。
  • 寄送服務通知，以及您訂閱的頻道寄出的電子報。
  • 偵測並預防詐騙、濫用或非法行為。

本平台不將您的資料用於廣告，不出售您的資料，也不用您的資料訓練 AI 模型。

四、Google 使用者資料（Google 登入與 YouTube API 服務）

我們向 Google 要求的權限

  • Google 登入（openid、email、profile）：取得您的電子郵件、名稱與頭像，只用於建立與識別您的帳號。
  • YouTube 唯讀（youtube.readonly，選用）：只有在您於「智慧書籤」頁面按下匯入 YouTube 收藏並同意時才會要求。 本平台透過 YouTube API Services 讀取您「喜歡的影片」與播放清單，把您選擇的影片存成您的個人書籤。

使用、儲存與分享

  • 只讀不寫：不會修改、刪除或代您上傳任何 YouTube 內容。
  • 儲存範圍：僅儲存影片標題、影片網址與加入清單的時間，不儲存影片內容。
  • 不保存授權憑證：存取權杖只在該次匯入時使用（約一小時失效），不存入資料庫。
  • AI 分類：您按下「自動分類」時，書籤標題會送至 Google Gemini API 分主題，結果只存回您自己的帳號。
  • 不分享：匯入的書籤預設只有您看得到；不提供給廣告商、資料仲介或其他第三方，也不用於訓練 AI 模型。

刪除與撤銷

本平台使用及傳輸從 Google API 取得的資訊時，會遵守 Google API 服務使用者資料政策，包括其中的「限制使用」（Limited Use）規定。

五、資料分享與服務供應商

本平台不會出售您的個人資料，僅在下列情況下分享：

  • 基礎設施：Google Firebase／Google Cloud（登入、檔案儲存、伺服器）、Supabase（資料庫）。
  • AI 處理：您使用 AI 功能時，相關內容會送至 Google Gemini（摘要、筆記、分類）、OpenAI（封面與插圖生成；若您選用肖像照片，該照片會一併送出）、Deepgram（音訊轉逐字稿）、ElevenLabs（兒童版語音）。這些服務只為完成該次請求處理資料。
  • 公開影片逐字稿：Supadata（只送出公開影片網址，不含您的個人資料）。
  • 通訊與金流：Resend（電子郵件寄送）、LINE（LINE 登入與訊息）、綠界科技 ECPay（付款）。
  • 您選擇公開的內容：設為公開或給訂閱者看的筆記、貼文與頻道，會依您的設定顯示給其他人。
  • 課程講師：報名課程時，您的姓名與聯絡方式會提供給該課程講師。
  • 法令要求：依法令或主管機關要求須揭露時。

六、資料儲存與安全

資料儲存於 Google Cloud（台灣 asia-east1）與 Supabase（日本東京）。全程 HTTPS 加密傳輸，並以存取控制保護非公開內容；私人內容只有您本人看得到。 任何網際網路傳輸均無法保證絕對安全，請妥善保管您的帳號。

七、資料保存與刪除

您建立的內容可隨時自行刪除。您可來信申請刪除帳號，本公司會在 30 天內刪除您的帳號資料與內容。 交易紀錄依相關法規保存 5 年。無法識別個人的統計數據可能保留用於服務改善。

八、您的權利

依據個人資料保護法，您可以查詢、閱覽、複製、更正您的個人資料，或要求停止利用、刪除您的資料。請來信 jeff@redball.com.tw。

九、Cookie

本平台只使用維持登入所需的必要 Cookie 與瀏覽器儲存，不使用廣告追蹤 Cookie。

十、兒童

一般版服務對象為 13 歲以上。MakeClass Kids 兒童版應在家長或老師陪同下使用；家長若發現孩子未經同意提供了個人資料，請來信，我們會刪除。

MakeClass Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

MakeClass (makeclass.me) is operated by RedBall Tech Co., Ltd. (紅球通科技有限公司), No. 186-1, Sec. 3, Bade Rd., Songshan Dist., Taipei, Taiwan. MakeClass helps instructors, consultants and knowledge creators save videos, web pages and AI conversations into a personal knowledge base, turn them into notes, cards, posts and slides with AI, and publish them on their own knowledge channel.

2. Data we collect

  • Account information: email address, display name and profile picture when you sign in with Google, LINE or email.
  • Content you create: saved links, uploaded files (images, PDFs, slides, audio), notes, posts, slides, highlights, comments, and portrait photos you upload for cover images.
  • YouTube data (optional): only when you explicitly choose to import, see Section 4.
  • Usage data: page views, reading history, likes and saves.
  • Payment records: subscriptions, AI credits, course and venue bookings (processed by ECPay; we never store card numbers).
  • Device data: IP address and browser type, for security.

3. How we use data

  • To provide sign-in, your knowledge base, AI processing (notes, transcripts, cards, slides, covers), channels and subscriptions.
  • To process payments.
  • To send service notices and newsletters from channels you subscribe to.
  • To detect and prevent fraud and abuse.

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.

4. Google user data (Google Sign-In and YouTube API Services)

Scopes we request

  • Google Sign-In (openid, email, profile): your email, name and profile picture, used only to create and identify your MakeClass account.
  • YouTube read-only (youtube.readonly, optional): requested only when you click “Import from YouTube” on the Bookmarks page and grant consent. MakeClass uses YouTube API Services to read your Liked videos and playlists so that the videos you select are saved as your personal bookmarks.

Use, storage and sharing

  • Read-only: we never modify, delete or upload any YouTube content on your behalf.
  • What we store: only the video title, video URL and the date it was added to your list. We do not store video content.
  • No stored credentials: the access token is used only during that import session (expires in about one hour) and is never saved to our database.
  • AI grouping: when you click “Auto-classify”, bookmark titles are sent to the Google Gemini API to group them by topic; results are saved only to your own account.
  • No sharing: imported bookmarks are private to you by default. We do not transfer this data to advertisers, data brokers or other third parties, and we do not use it to train AI models.

Deletion and revocation

MakeClass’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Service providers and sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only as follows:

  • Infrastructure: Google Firebase / Google Cloud (authentication, file storage, servers) and Supabase (database).
  • AI processing: when you use an AI feature, the relevant content is sent to Google Gemini (summaries, notes, classification), OpenAI (cover and illustration generation, including a portrait photo if you choose one), Deepgram (audio transcription) or ElevenLabs (Kids voice). These providers process the data only to fulfil that request.
  • Public video transcripts: Supadata (receives only a public video URL, no personal data).
  • Messaging and payments: Resend (email delivery), LINE (LINE login and messages), ECPay (payments).
  • Content you publish: notes, posts and channels you set as public or subscriber-only are shown to others according to your settings.
  • Course instructors: when you register for a course, your name and contact details are shared with its instructor.
  • Legal requirements: when required by law.

6. Storage and security

Data is stored on Google Cloud (Taiwan, asia-east1) and Supabase (Tokyo, Japan). All traffic uses HTTPS, and access controls protect non-public content; private content is visible only to you.

7. Retention and deletion

You can delete content you created at any time. To delete your account, email us; we will delete your account data and content within 30 days. Payment records are kept for 5 years as required by Taiwanese law. Anonymous statistics that cannot identify you may be kept.

8. Your rights

You may access, copy, correct or delete your personal data, or ask us to stop using it, by emailing jeff@redball.com.tw.

9. Cookies

We use only the cookies and browser storage needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

10. Children

The main service is for users aged 13 and over. MakeClass Kids should be used with a parent or teacher. If you are a parent and believe your child provided personal data without your consent, email us and we will delete it.

11. Changes and contact
